We accept referrals from GPs, specialists, and other healthcare providers. Once we receive your referral, we will schedule an initial assessment consultation to discuss your needs.

We also welcome self-referrals – if you feel you would benefit from our services, you can contact us directly via the website or by phone to book your appointment.
